CircuitsBFIT Circuits

Our signature boot camp circuits combine aerobic, anaerobic and strength exercises to torch fat, build lean muscle and improve the cardiovascular system, you can expect results within 2 – 4 weeks.  Move from one station to the next and never get bored with our BFIT Circuits that include: tires, sleds, kettles, weights, cables, and more.   Here at BFIT,  we believe that everyone is an athlete, all levels are welcomed and encouraged to participate. 1 hour classes.

 

Push Up FinishTRX Boot Camp

Train like a PRO athlete for a stronger core.  Increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility and stability and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions. New users are encourage to attend this session. All Levels Welcome.

 

IMG_2293Boxing and Kickboxing

Learn proper striking techniques and combinations on the bag. These explosive total body fitness classes can help you lose weight and burn fat and bring variety into your weekly workouts. Depending on your intensity, you can burn up to 1,000 calories in just one POWER HOUR class. How hard you workout is completely up to you. All fitness levels are welcomed, from beginners to pros. Hand wraps and gloves required available to purchase at class. 1 hour class.

Offered on Tuesdays. These classes are designed to build and sculpt all the muscles in your legs which include: hamstrings, quadriceps, inner and outer thighs, glutes and calves. You will be pushed to work harder within your own limits in all our leg and core classes. All levels are encouraged.

Offered on Thursdays: These classes are designed to build and sculpt all the muscles in your upper body which include: back, chest, abs and arms. You will be pushed to work harder within your own limits in all our upper body core classes. All levels are encouraged.

 

Gut BusterGut Buster

Our Gut Buster Core classes are designed to target your core with the best combo of exercises developed by our outstanding BFIT Team of Coaches.  Pair one of these gut blasting, stomach crunching, core tightening, 30 minute classes with your regular boot camp circuits or power hour boxing class and Bamm!  A slimmer middle and stronger core will be yours in no time.  Check our schedule here for times and get busting!   30 min class

Special class designed for members to bring their family and friends ages 7 and up. $10 Drop in valid 2 weeks. Original class format will not be changed. Trainers will adjust workout for children under 12. Guest must be accompanied by a member.
