About Small Group Training

Our small group training program is limited to only 5 people.   Smaller group training with custom programming for each person.   Enjoy working one on one with your own personal trainer at the fraction of the cost.

Boot Camp Circuits

Our signature boot camp circuits combine aerobic, anaerobic and strength exercises to torch fat, build lean muscle and improve the cardiovascular system, you can expect results within 2 – 4 weeks. Move from one station to the next and never get bored with our BFIT Circuits that include: tires, sleds, kettles, weights, cables, and more. Here at BFIT, we believe that everyone is an athlete, all levels are welcomed and encouraged to participate. 1 hour classes.

Healthier, Stronger, more Energized

We train all ages and skill levels in our small group training program on specific days and times.  You may come 1 day a week,  2 days a week,  or 3 days a week.  Sessions are either 4 weeks or 6 weeks.  Drop ins are only available if we have room for you.  Please email us direct to learn about our small group training schedule and pricing.  Get working on your healthier, stronger, more energized body today!
